We may collect the information you provide through WPForms enquiry form 6944, including your name, email address, telephone number, project details and message. We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referral information and security or server logs.
If you contact us by email or follow our WhatsApp link, the information you send is handled through the relevant email or WhatsApp service. Please review the provider’s own privacy information before using an external service.

- GTranslate: provides optional translation functionality and is treated as a functional service.
- YouTube and Google Maps: embedded media are blocked until the relevant consent is provided; placeholders may be shown before consent.

- WhatsApp: is an external contact link. LOPO does not place WhatsApp cookies merely because the link is displayed; WhatsApp’s terms apply after you follow the link.

Hosting, security, backup and analytics records follow the applicable operational schedules and provider settings and are not kept longer than reasonably necessary for their stated purposes.
